What Is The Difference Between an Occultic Secret or Is There Such A Thing As A Godly Secret?

To sum it up:

a.)  There is occultic secrets that are wrong like satanic knowledge on where the soul in the body is located, helping ghosts, and the furtherance of personal encounters with Satan through the smell of roses or the ways of the interests of fallen rebels.

b.)  Have you not read the secret of Jesus in Mt 16:20?  There are godly secrets for a time, but then it is right to proclaim the good everywhere for excellence, honor of Jesus and God's Trinitarian glory.  Have you also forgotten when Jesus did His miracles in the New Testament Gospels?  But be like St. Augustine, "take up and read."   

"Then charged he his disciples that they should tell no man that he was Jesus the Christ."
